MOIL Limited, formerly known as Manganese Ore (India) Limited, is a miniratna state-owned manganese-ore mining company headquartered in Nagpur, India. The company was established in 1962 and is under the administrative control of the Ministry of Steel, Government of India.

MOIL operates 10 mines - six located in Maharashtra and four in Madhya Pradesh. These mines produce high-grade manganese ore which is essential for manufacturing various steel products. The company has its own research & development division where it constantly strives to improve its mining techniques and processes.

The primary product offered by MOIL Limited is manganese ore, used mainly for producing ferroalloys such as ferromanganese and silicomanganese.
